Couples Reunion (2004)

In this episode, the top five couples from season four's Couples Fear Factor series returned for a rematch. Stunt #1 (Sliding floor transfer) Both members of each couple would be standing on a platform high above the ground. As the two platforms making up the floor slid further and further apart, both players would have to jump the gap, transferring flags from side to side. The couple to transfer the highest total of flags before both falling would win a pair of fully loaded 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokees. Stunt #2 (Water cage) Both members of each couple would be locked in a cage with a wall of bars separating them. The cage would be submerged underwater and both players would have to retrieve keys on their side of the cage and exchange key's with their partner through the bars. Both players would have to unlock three locks to open the cage, then swim to a buoy. The three couples to do this the fastest would advance to the next round, the other two would be eliminated. Favorite Winners (2004)

In this episode, six former winners returned to try and win the $50,000 a second time. Stunt #1 (Semi truck bike plank) Players would start out on top of a semi truck driving down a highway, walk to the middle of a balance beam jutting off the back, release a flag, and return to the starting point. The player would then have to get on a bike and ride it across the beam to the trailer of a second truck. The player to complete this stunt the fastest would $10,000. No one would eliminated in this stunt. Stunt #2 (Tomato horn worm juice) Two at a time, players would have to chew up mouthfuls of tomato horn worms and spit the juice into graduated cylinders. Once the cylinders were filled to a predetermined point, the players would have to drink the juice. This would be a head-to-head race. The winner of each race would advance to the next round and the loser would be eliminated. Stunt #3 (See-saw beam) Players would have to cross from one platform to the other over 100 feet in t

Couples #2 (2004)

This episode featured four couples competing as teams. Stunt #1 (Submerged limousine) One member of each couple would be seated in the driver's seat a limousine and the other would be locked in the trunk. The limo would be submerged underwater and the person in the driver's seat would have to wait for a red light to come on. That person would then have to swim to the back seat, retrieve a key, escape through the sunroof, and free their partner from the trunk. Both players would then have to swim to a buoy. The three couples to complete this stunt the fastest would advance to the next round; the slowest couple would be eliminated. Stunt #2 (Gross blow tube) One member of each couple would have to slurp up mouthfuls of blended fish heads, roaches, and beetles. That person would have to transfer it to their partner through a tube. The partner would catch it in their mouth and spit it into a cylinder. The couple to get most slop in their cylinder within the two minute time limit

Jet Ski to Float Plane; Eel Helmet; Donkey Kong (2004)

Stunt #1: Jet Ski to Float Plane Contestants would start off on the pontoon below a flying seaplane over a thousand feet in the air. They would have to shimmy across a pole to the other pontoon, release a flag, then return to the first pontoon and release a second flag. The two men and the two women to complete this stunt the fastest (or release the first flag the fastest before falling) would advance to the next round, the others would be eliminated. Stunt #2: Eel Helmet Contestants would have to stick their heads in a large fishbowl-helmet occupied by moray eels with a narrow tube to breathe through. The contestants would have to unscrew eight bolts in order to cause the front plate to pop off the helmet and drain the water. The three players to complete this stunt the fastest would advance to the next round, the slowest player would be eliminated. Best Friends (2004)

This episode featured four pairs of best friends competing as teams. Stunt #1 (Underwater box) One player would be locked inside a submerged Plexiglas box with an air pocket. That player would have pass handles through a hole to his or her parter outside the box. The partner on the outside would then have to screw two of the handles into a wheel, assembling a crank. Once the crank was assembled, the player on the outside would have to turn it, opening the box, and both team members would have to swim to a Fear Factor sticker on the side of the pool. The three teams to complete this stunt the fastest would advance to the next round. The slowest team would be eliminated. Stunt #2 (Tongue bob and transfer) Both team members would be standing by tanks, one filled with animal fat, and the other filled with dead fish and oil.
