Charlie finds herself on a mission in the Plains Nation while Neville and Jason search a refugee camp for a lost loved one. Meanwhile, Monroe has discovered a gritty role in his new environment.

Charlie has a surprise for Miles and her mother, while Secretary Allenford holds a secret important to Neville.
