Abra Catastrophe! (2003)
Cosmo and Wanda plan a party to celebrate Timmy having godparents for one year. But Mr. Crocker has other plans that involve a magic muffin that grants one wish without rules to whoever eats it. So Mr. Crocker eats the muffin, so he wishes he can catch a fairy godparent. Crocker gets a butterfly net, and catches Wanda.

Timmy wishes for a magic remote control that will allow him to travel inside television, despite being grounded and facing pressure from his parents not to watch any. After Vicky wrecks the Turner home while babysitting and blames it on Timmy, they take his magic remote and place it in her hands, unaware of her evil nature and her desire to conquer the world -- a dream she could now make come true unless Timmy, Cosmo, Wanda, and a new friend from the future race through every channel to stop her and her evil scheems.
