Noreen checks in at The Solana with her irritable daughter Pauline. Meanwhile, to take their mind off of Madge's financial woes, the Garveys decide to head to a water park, and when Noreen and Pauline show up, events take a bit of an unexpected turn. Mateo tries to get Leslie fired.

The Garvey's get a bit of a shock when they discover that Mel's debt has been taken on by some gangsters. They find themselves attempting a very risky bet to pay off what they owe. Noreen's problems with Pauline continue as she's decided she wants to leave Benidorm early. Meanwhile, Liam is still stuck to Natalie's side, much to the annoyance of Sam.

Benidorm is under siege from a freak storm and Les/Lesley attempts to arrange a bingo game with rather unusual prizes. Pauline learns that her flight has been cancelled and comes to the conclusion that a drink might help. After a good looking stranger from Janice's past shows up in Solana, she fails to notice that Michael is having a holiday romance. Natalie continues to have man trouble and Donald has bad news.

Episode 5 (2011)
Pauline continues to drink permanently and everyone is looking forward to Eighties Night with guests Bananarama. Madge discovers that the lease on a bar could be coming and she has to decide whether she could live in Spain on her own. Kenneth takes Gavin out in an effort to try and cheer him up. Liam continues to attempt to win Natalie's heart but she is after Mateo. Mateo is talked by Leslie into going on a double date but nothing goes to plan. Bananarama end up finding an unexpected third member performing with them on stage.
