At the same time, he's trying to get to the bottom of the murder of a white man by Nigerian Jake Kuria. He uncovers a frightening world of racist intimidation of the city's immigrant population.

Terry further investigates two deaths while Maureen gets an interview with JP O'Farrell.

Terry and Maureen find out that Chamacran may not be all it seems.
