Follow 16 celebrity recruits including Mel B and Jamie Lynn Spears as they battle some of the most gruelling challenges taken from the special forces selection process. They'll say goodbye to a life of luxury and surrender to their training coaches.

Episode 2 (2023)

Foxy, Billy and the DS test the celebrity recruits to their limits to find out what their weaknesses are.

Episode 3 (2023)

The recruits face an emergency escape drill, and tensions rise as the they face each other over disagreements. The pressure of the whole selection process becomes too much to handle for some, as more numbers drop out.

Episode 4 (2023)

The celebrity recruits must trust each other, and their leaders, to survive. Each must rely on another to break their fall from a sky-scraping cliff.

Episode 5 (2023)

Maximum pressure is applied to the celebrities, who face a sky-scraping tactical repel and a high-pressure simulation.
