Guy Fieri's heading out to grab flavor from far and wide, starting in KCMO with fantastic Scandinavian specialties including a chicken-banana-chili-cream concoction known as "Flying Jacob". In Santa Fe, an out-of-the-way spot dishin' upscale steak shawarma pitas and salmon souvlaki bowls. And in El Paso, a family-run operation crankin' out tortillas, tostadas, and tamales by the thousands.
