Across town in the Beaverdale area of Des Moines, the Southern spot cooking up all the classics, from ribs and red beans and rice to catfish cakes and collards. And in Atlantic City, the husband-wife duo dishing out soul food standouts like turkey chops and pig feet.
Cruisin' the Italian Countryside (2015)
This trip, Guy Fieri's taking a tasty tour through Tuscany, Italy. In Montecatini Alto, the hillside seafood spot serving up a squid ink specialty and a Mediterranean prawn-artichoke mashup. To the west in Collodi, Guy swings through the "birthplace of Pinocchio" to reunite with an old buddy dishing out legit spaghetti and outrageous lamb. Then, Guy's headed south for a bucket list experience of truffle hunting in the mountains of San Miniato. And finally to Lucca for one last stop, at a true Tuscan joint cooking up all kinds of totally fresh pasta with mussels and an out of bounds oxtail tortelli.

This trip, Guy Fieri's hitting up totally traditional Italian spots in Florence, Italy. First, the 50-year-old landmark serving up their legendary spaghetti specialty and some crazy good chicken. Then, the second generation spot reeling in the awards and cranking out all kinds of totally fresh pasta. And finally, the popular pizza place sharing their Italian dough-making secrets and cooking up a legit salami-cheese calzone.

This trip, Guy's heading southwest for a flavor-filled tour of sunny Arizona. First, the real deal Italian market making an authentic beef specialty straight from the mother country. Also in Scottsdale, a pitstop at the funky gas station/barbecue cafe dishin' out the bomb brisket alongside a host of handcrafted fuel — yes, fuel. And in Phoenix, the out-of-the-box burger joint serving up all kinds of crazy culinary creations.

In New Jersey, a legendary spot dishin' out righteous crab-stuffed flounder and a legit spin on cannelloni. In Arizona, a mom and pop pizza place tossin’ pies topped with everything from baked ziti to chicken marsala. And in Bakersfield, a joint dishin’ out sunshine and down-home specialties, like tri tip and grilled chicken worthy of a road trip.
